UGCCore ("we," "us," or "our") operates the UGCCore web-based SaaS platform (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website ugccore.com, use our Service, or interact with us.

Information We Collect

We collect information that identifies, relates to, describes, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with a particular consumer or household ("Personal Information"). Personal Information does not include publicly available information or de-identified data.

At Signup:

Full name, email address, password (encrypted), account creation date.

During Onboarding (Creator DNA):

Personal background and life story, topics and interests, on-camera style and comfort level, career history and professional experience, communication style and personality description, portfolio of previous work, what people seek their advice on, definition of a good opportunity, additional personal context, portfolio URL, contact email address.

This data is stored in your profile and used exclusively to generate personalized pitch content. It is never sold or shared with third parties.

Through Tool Use:

Lead data from Reddit RSS feeds (post titles, URLs, subreddit sources, pay information, brand names), manually entered lead data (platform source, brand name, niche, pay information, URLs, notes), generated pitch content (subject lines, pitch bodies, DM drafts, comment drafts), pitch approval status and edit history, tracker data (pipeline status, brand name, pay information, revenue amounts, usage rights notes, activity timestamps), income data entered by you (revenue from won gigs), follow-up timing and status.

How We Use Your Information

We use Personal Information to: provide, maintain, and improve the Service; generate personalized pitch content based on your profile; send emails via Gmail integration (with your permission); process transactions via future Escrow.com integration; facilitate contract signing via DocuSign or HelloSign; communicate with you about your account and Service updates; analyze usage trends in aggregate.

Third-Party Integrations and Sharing

Gmail (Google OAuth): Access to send emails only. We do not read, store, or analyze your inbox beyond detecting replies for follow-up reminders. Disconnect anytime in Settings.

Escrow.com (future): Transaction details passed for payment protection. No financial account information stored by UGCCore.

DocuSign/HelloSign (future): Name and email shared for e-signatures. Signed status stored.

Reddit RSS: Public data pulls only. No Reddit account data accessed or stored.

We do not sell your Personal Information. Data may be shared with service providers under strict confidentiality agreements for purposes such as hosting and analytics.

Cookies and Tracking

We use essential cookies for authentication and sessions. Analytics cookies track aggregate usage only. No advertising cookies. No data sold to advertisers. You can manage preferences via your browser settings.

Children's Privacy

Our Service is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

Data Retention

Active account data is retained while your account is active. Upon cancellation, data is retained for 30 days for possible reactivation, then permanently deleted. Immediate deletion requests are honored via email to [email protected].

Your Rights

California Residents (CCPA/CPRA):

You have the right to: know categories of Personal Information collected, sources, purposes, and third parties data is shared with; request deletion of Personal Information; opt out of sale or sharing of Personal Information (we do not sell or share for cross-context behavioral advertising); non-discrimination for exercising your rights.
