These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of UGCCore's web-based SaaS platform ("Service"). By registering or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be 18 or older and legally capable of forming contracts to use this Service.

Account and Subscriptions

Create an account with accurate information. Subscriptions are billed monthly across three paid tiers. Cancel anytime — access continues until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for the current billing period already charged. Free trial terms are specified at signup. You are responsible for maintaining account security. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at [email protected].

Service Description

UGCCore helps UGC creators find leads, generate pitches, track pipelines, and manage workflows. Future integrations include Escrow.com and DocuSign or HelloSign. The Service is provided as is. No uptime guarantees are made.

User Content and License

You retain full ownership of your content including Creator DNA answers, leads, and pitch history. You grant UGCCore a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service including AI pitch generation.

AI Generated Content

UGCCore uses AI to generate pitches, DMs, comments, and follow-up messages on your behalf. You must review and approve all AI generated content before it is sent. UGCCore is not responsible for outcomes, brand responses, payment disputes, or any consequences of sending AI generated content.

Contract Templates and Advice Disclaimer

Contract templates generated by UGCCore are provided as starting point templates only and do not constitute legal advice. UGCCore is not a law firm. Consult a licensed attorney for legal guidance specific to your situation. Rate guidance provided by the tool is informational only and does not constitute financial advice.

Acceptable Use

Use the Service for lawful purposes only. You may not reverse engineer, scrape, or use the Service to build competing products. Do not post harmful, illegal, or infringing content.

Payments and Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. Late payments may result in service interruption.

Termination

UGCCore may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, access ends immediately. Data is retained for 30 days then permanently deleted.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided as is without warranties of any kind. UGCCore's total liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 12 months. UGCCore is not liable for consequential, incidental, or punitive damages.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold UGCCore harmless from any claims arising from your use of the Service or your content.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by California law. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Southern California.

Changes

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
